Programs Offered Workshops Claiming The True Self How often do we listen to old messages in our head? Ancient voices of family, society, culture rule over the sense of identity of the true adult Self. How often do we feel stifled as our first response gets vetoed by an inner hierarchy? We begin to lack courage to claim who we really are. This workshop will explore this landscape of inner politics. The weekend is a creative time in dynamic group process and experiential exercises helping participants claim the adult Self, banish hostile inner voices and nurture the lost parts of the Self.
