Our Sacred Humanity

This workshop has been given in many places and in many forms all over the Northeast. It is a workshop that can be designed for a single day or two days. It has been presented in a multi-format style that includes lecture, discussion, the use of expressive techniques, audience sharing of life experience and, through volunteers from the participants, demonstrating how one can become aware and work with the dynamics of the inner world.

Topics that are covered in this workshop are:

• What it means to be the Image and Likeness of God
• How does our feeling world operate, clearing up the misconceptions about feelings and coming to see feelings as a part of ones spiritual life.
• An articulation of:
  • the personae of the inner world
  • how they came to be
  • how they interact with each other and the core Self
  • how to recognize when we are responding to that Inner World & we are not functioning in the present
  • the connection between the Inner World and our emotional life.
