Programs Offered Workshops New York Creative Day This is a one-day experience in New York City. The day begins by gathering at Fred's apartment at 457 West 57th St. at 11 AM. A morning meditation grounds the participants for city energy. We then go to various points of interest in New York to see a broad variety of art, architecture, city sights and even theater. Fred leads the group on a city adventure, returning to the apartment in the late afternoon. To conclude the day, group process helps to process and incorporate all the stimuli the participants have received. The day ends at 7 PM. The cost of the day is $95 plus lunch.
