Therapeutic Processes
CREATIVE DISCOVERY GROUP
This is an on going group which meets for one weekend every other month.
The weekend takes place primarily in the Art Studio, where expressive
therapeutic exercises evoke the participants' creative energies. Verbal
group process is also incorporated to help participants articulate a better
understanding of the creative process. Filling our Selves with the positive
Light in our lives, working through creative blocks, being in a supportive,
inclusive community, and having fun returning to the joy of pure creation,
makes this group a natural step in the healing journey. The group meets
on alternate months beginning in January of each year. There is a two
hour group on Friday nights, three on Saturday and one on Sunday morning.
It is recommended that each person enters the group with at least a year
commitment to attending the six sessions during the year. Fred conducts
this group.
