Join Fred in Manhattan for a creative day viewing art, architecture and people from all walks of life. The day will start with a meditation in a quiet area of the city, move on to an energy filled afternoon and a closing time to process the day.

We meet at Fred’s apartment: 457 West 57th Street, Apt.1014, between 9th and 10th Avenues.
